Demet Altunay is a Master's degree student in the Department of Economics and Management "Marco Fanno" at the University of Padua. She is continuing her education in the field of Business Administration (Management). She has a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from the Middle East Technical University as a high honor student. She has been awarded the highest grade for her Bachelor thesis which is titled The Impact of Demographic Structure on the Overall Welfare of OECD countries. During her undergraduate studies, she was an active member of the Economics&Finance Club for 5 years. Her participation created opportunities for her to think beyond borders to better understand real-world business processes and practices. She worked on many projects and prepared weekly reports on crucial economic issues by implementing empirical methods.
