Dr Luca d’Ambrosio is Senior Researcher at Collège de France in Paris and Lecturer at the University Paris-Nanterre. His research interests focus on Corporate Social Responsibility as well as International, European and Comparative Criminal Law. He currently coordinates several collaborative research projects on environmental and corporate liability in partnership with the University Paris 1 – Sorbonne, Paris-Dauphine University, the École des hautes études en sciences sociales and the Cambridge Centre for Environment, Energy and Natural Resource Governance (C-EENRG). Prior to joining the Collège de France, he has been fellow at the Institute for Advanced Studies of Nantes.
He has published widely in his specialization areas and he is co-editor of the Current developments of Italian case law involving European Union Law section of the Revue trimestrielle de droit européen.
Dr Luca d’Ambrosio has also wide experience as a practitioner. He regularly advises law firms, companies, international organizations or NGOs on different matters of transnational criminal law and corporate liability at large.
He is member of the BAR association of Rome since 2006. His native language is Italian and he is fluent in French and English.
