Dr. Luca d’Ambrosio is associate research fellow at the University Paris 1 Panthéon Sorbonne. He is lecturer at Sorbonne and Sciences Po Law Schools. He has been visiting professor/fellow at University of Cambridge (2019), Santa Fe, Argentine (2018), Columbia Law School (2018) and Luiss Law School (2018). He has been senior research fellow at Collège de France (2014-2018) and fellow at the Advanced Studies Institute of Nantes (2011-2012).
Luca’s research interests focus on International, European and Comparative Criminal Law as well as on Corporate accountability in human rights, environmental and climate change fields.
He has published widely in his specialization areas and he is co-editor of the Current developments of Italian case law involving European Union Law section of the Revue trimestrielle de droit européen.
Luca has also wide experience as a practitioner. He regularly advises law firms, companies, international organizations and NGOs on different matters of transnational criminal law and corporate accountability at large. He is a member of the BAR association of Rome since 2006. His native language is Italian, and he is fluent in French and English.
